This pre-war building in the Upper West Side maintains it’s classic details while introducing modern materials and finishes. The floor-plan was opened up and reorganized to convert this two bedroom apartment into three bedrooms. Through re-configuring the layout to be more efficient, the apartment gained valuable space and maximized natural light.
